One of the most beautiful gifts in the world is the gift of encouragement. When someone encourages you, that person helps you over a threshold you might otherwise never have crossed on your own.

A little about me
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a member with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I earned my undergraduate degree from UBC and my Master of Counselling degree from City University of Seattle. My therapy may draw from a number of different modalities, depending on your individual needs, including Somatic Transformation, Person-Centred Therapy, Attachment Theory, and mindfulness practices.
I have worked with people dealing with:
anxiety and depression
grief and loss
life transitions
relationship issues
and feeling stuck, just to name a few
In addition to my work with clients, I enjoy providing clinical consultation for other psychotherapists. I have conducted workshops in the community on grief and loss education, have been a group facilitator and former board member with the Lower Mainland Grief Recovery Society, and was a course facilitator for UBC’s Widowed Journey and an instructor for UBC’s Peer Counselling Certificate program. I have taught a variety of courses as an Associate Faculty member for the Master of Counselling and Master of Counselling Education programs at City University of Seattle (in Vancouver).
I long, as does every human being, to be at home wherever I find myself.
